4 Cutest DIY Dollar Tree Spring Decor Ideas

I'm modernizing my spring decor with these chic dollar store DIY crafts. I'm matching up stone, floral and wood to create these spring looks that you would think were bought from a very nice home decor store. This decor features a stone decor bowl with heart shaped stone filler, a heart tin wood flower assortment, and wood heart tray. These are perfect DIY pieces for spring without a lot of effort! Look below to see how each piece was created.

Materials:

Stone Spray Paint
White Chalk Paint
Sage Green Chalk Paint
Wood Tower Blocks
Wood Heart Shaped Cut-Out
Hot Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
Faux Green Moss
Faux Wood Flowers
Plastic Ruffle Bowl
Heart Tin
Scrap Foam

Stone Ruffle Decorative Bowl

Step 1: Grab a printed ruffle bowl from the dollar store. Paint a couple of coats of with white chalk paint on the inside and outside of the bowl.

Step 2: Allow the paint to dry.

Step 3: Add stone spray paint to interior and exterior of the ruffled bowl.

Stone Moss Heart Filler

Step 1: Start with detaching plastic hearts from the dollar store that come in a pack of four.

Step 2: Glue both of the halves together to secure the heart.

Step 3: Paint a couple of coats of white chalk paint on the entire heart and allow the paint to dry.

Step 4: Spray the heart with stone spray paint.

Step 5: Lastly, adhere some faux green moss to the corner or areas of the heart.

Wood Flower Tin Heart Assortment

Step 1: Use sage chalk paint to paint the exterior top and bottom of the heart tin.

Step 2: Allow the paint to dry.

Step 3: Adhere some scrap foam to that base of the tin heart.

Step 4: Adhere and cover all the base foam with faux green moss.

Step 5: Place and adhere wood flowers on top of the faux green moss.

Wood Heart Decor Tray

Step 1: Start with a wood heart and detaching any tags.

Step 2: Grab wood block pieces and start adhering them to the perimeter of wood heart.

Step 3: Continue to adhere wood block pieces until the entire perimeter of the heart is completed.
