6 DIY Lemon Decor Ideas that Look Expensive but Cost Less

If you love the look of lemon decor but don’t want to spend a ton of money on it, you’re going to love these DIYs! Lemon decor is such a fun and easy way to add a little color and that fresh vibrant feel to your home without going overboard. In this video, I’m sharing 6 easy and budget-friendly lemon decor DIYs that look way more expensive than they actually are. These are perfect for your kitchen, dining room, coffee table, kitchen counters, or anywhere you want to add a fun little pop of lemon-inspired decor. Look below to see how each piece is made!

Materials

• Lemon Print Plates

• Lemon Print Tumbler

• Lemon Print Tray

• Lemon Print Napkins

• Wood Cutting Board

• Cricut Maker

• Black Iron-On Vinyl

• Black Permanent Vinyl

• Wood Letters and Wood Lemon Pieces

• Glue Gun / Strong Hold Adhesive

1. Lemon Print Monogram Plates

Step 1: Use Cricut Design Space to create your custom monogram.

Step 2: Use the Cricut to cut the vinyl design.

Step 3: Weed the excess vinyl, then use transfer tape to transfer the monogram onto the surface of the plate.

2. Make Lemonade Tumbler

Step 1: Open Cricut Design Space and add the text “Make Lemonade Out of Lemons.” Choose your desired font and arrange the words to create your preferred layout.

Step 2: Use the Cricut to cut out the design.

Step 3: Weed the excess vinyl, then use transfer tape to transfer the text phrase onto the surface of the tumbler. Then, peel off the transfer tape.

3. Ciao Tray

Step 1: Open Cricut Design Space, input the text "CIAO," and utilize the Cricut to cut out the text.

Step 2: Weed the excess vinyl, then use transfer tape to transfer the text to the lemon print tray.

4. CIAO Wood Cutting Board

Step 1: Begin by centering the word CIAO on a wooden cutting board purchased from the dollar store.

Step 2: Attach the letters to the board using glue.

Step 3: Then, attach a lemon decor piece to the corner area of the board.

5. Make Lemonade Napkins

Step 1: Keep using the same “Make Lemonade Out of Lemons.” text in Cricut Design Space that was applied to the tumbler.

Step 2: Utilize the Cricut to cut out the text.

Step 3: Remove the excess material from the text and use an iron or heat press to transfer it onto the napkin.

6. Lemon Napkin Ring Holders

Step 1: Attach one of the wooden lemon craft pieces to the top of the shower ring using glue.
