DIY Custom Wine Labels and Packaging

I'm shouting "Hello 2022" with these sleek minimalist custom wine labels and fun packaging. I feel that this is the perfect gift to give to someone hosting a New Years Eve party. It is also super cute to have decorated in a bar cart or designated bar area. I did some old school crafting and brought out the glitter and sequins to create some unique packaging to put the wine bottles in. keep reading to see how to DIY your own!

DIY Custom Wine Labels and Packaging

Materials:

Directions:

  1. Measure the size of the existing label on the front and back of the wine bottle.

  2. Remove the labels from the wine bottle for a cleaner look.

  3. Use Cricut Design Space or any other software to create the font and design for the labels.

  4. Load your ink jet printer with sticker paper.

  5. Print then cut the image sending it to the ink jet printer first.

  6. Retrieve the images from the ink jet printer and cut the labels using the Cricut.

  7. Then, adhere the new labels to the front and back of the wine bottle.


Packaging Tote

Materials:

  • Brown Paper Bag

  • Clear Bag

  • Glitter

  • Sequins

  • Mod Podge

  • Foam Letters

  • Scissors

  • Hot Glue and Glue Sticks

Directions:

  1. Cut a rectangle size out of a clear plastic bag.

  2. Adhere glue along the edges to three sides of the clear plastic rectangle and add it to the bag.

  3. Dump a variety of sequins and glitter inside of the clear plastic.

  4. Add foam letters and cover the entire front of the bag with Mod Podge to add glitter.

  5. Customize your bag to your liking!
